Fees and Payment Terms
Our service fees are separate from government filing fees. Once a government fee is paid to the Trademark Registry or any other government department, it is non-refundable under any circumstances, regardless of whether the application is approved or rejected.
Payment for services must be made according to the agreed-upon terms before the filing process begins.
Intellectual Property Rights
